Saturday night, my good friend Abby had a house warming party. I know this party was a success because no one broke out the guitar and we counted 20+ BJ jokes. We spent a good majority of the time with everyone in the living room, participating in a single conversation. I also got a chance to know my new friend, KevinHakim from Portland. He is a very cool guy and is highly skilled in the area of interpretive dance. Our friend Robin made the most amazing guacamole, and Kevin treated us to Orange Cream Treats and Ice Cream Sammies. Abby introduced all of us to her grandma’s recipe for Normandy Beef Stew and it was a huge hit.
